- 50 g sesame seeds
- ½ clove of garlic
- 2-3 tbs. lime juice
- 1½ tbs. Jakobsens Acacia honey
- 1½ tbs. soy
- 2 tbs. mayonnaise
1. Roast the sesame seeds on a hot, dry pan until they start to pop. Cool out and grind them in a mortar.
2. Grate the gralic fine and mix sesame, garlic, lime juice, Jakobsens Acacia honey, soy and mayonnaise well and season the mixture.
The sesame dressing is ideal for Vietnamese spring rolls and sushi.
