Mustard sauce with capers and honey

  • 1 tbs. fine chopped red onion
  • ½ tsp. fine chopped garlic
  • 1 tbs. capers
  • 1-2 tbs. olive oil
  • 2-3 dl. cream
  • 2 tbs. hot mustard
  • 1 tbs. Jakobsens Danish honey
  • ½ glass dry white wine


1. Sear red onion, garlic, capers in olive oil on a hot pan. 

2. Add mustard and Jakobsens Danish honey, as well as dry white wine – stir and simmer at low temperature and add cream. 

Season with salt and pepper.

A delicate sauce for most meat dishes.
