- 2½ dl. skyr
- 1½ dl. milk
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 pinch of fine salt
- 2 tsp. Jakobsens Organic Acacia honey
- 1 tsp. fine chopped fresh ginger
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Indian yoghurt drink. A lassi with ginger, cinnamon, skyr and Jakobsens Acacia honey is warming for both body and soul. The recipe is fast and simple.
1. Put skyr, milk, ice, salt, honey and ginger into a blender.
2. Blend the mixture fast for about 30 sec.
3. Pour the lassi into 2 large glasses and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
Drink the lassi as it is or with a spicy rice dish.
