- 125 g almonds and nuts
- 1 tsp. Jakobsens Organic blossom honey
- 1 tbs. water
- Sea salt
1. Roast the almonds on a dry hot pan for a few minutes and turn them frequently until they have a lovely smell.
2. Mix water with honey.
3. Take the pan of the heat and pour the honey water over the almonds. Stir well.
4. Put the pan back on the stove and stir well, until the water has evaporated and the almonds are glazed – it takes a few minutes.
Put the almonds on a piece of baking paper and separate them.
Sprinkle or grind sea salt and cool out.
Store the almonds in an airtight container.
