- 200 g Jakobsens Blossom honey
- 50 g grated coconut
- 400 g oat flakes
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 100 g linseeds
- Raisins or dried cranberries
1. Mix all the ingredients except raisins/cranberries and pour the mass on to 2 baking plates with baking paper.
2. Roast the cereal in the oven at 180 degrees for 7 min.
3. Turn the mass over and roast for another 7 minutes.
Once the cereal has cooled, add raisins or cranberries.
Try it on skyr or in a salad.
