- 4 pasteurised egg yolks
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbs. dijon mustard
- 1 dl. Jakobsens Organic Acacia honey
- 1 lime
- 2 dl. oil
- A pinch of pepper
1. Whisk the egg yolks with salt until the blend is fluffy (about 2 min. with an electric mixer).
2. Then add mustard, Jakobsens Organic Acacia honey and lime juice.
3. Add the oil bit by bit and whisk, in order for the dressing to be creamy and delicious.
4. Season with pepper.
This dressing is especially suitable for salads.
