- 1 dl. oil
- 2 cloves of pressed garlic
- 1 tbs. Jakobsens Danish honey
- Juice from one lemon
- ½ tsp. salt
Blend the ingredients and leave the turkey in the marinade for min. 2 hours before grilling.
PLEASE NOTE: When using honey in your marinade, be careful about grilling the meat at too high temperatures, since it may caramelise and then the turkey is not good anymore.
