Grill marinade for spareribs

  • 1 portion


  • 1 dl. olive oil
  • Juice and peel from 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 2 tbs. Jakobsens Blossom honey
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. mustard seeds
  • 1 pinch of curry
  • 1/4 grated nutmeg


1. Blend all the ingredients well and marinate the ribs for about 1 hour before grilling.

2.Bake the ribs in the oven for 1 hour at 150 degrees and then put them on the grill

(if the ribs are not going on the grill, they need 1 hour on one side and 30 min. on the other side at 150 degrees).
