- 40 g almonds
- 50 g cashew nuts
- 30 g raisins
- 75 g dates
- 75 g figs
- 25 g oat flakes
- 1 tbs. Jakobsens Organic blossom honey
1. Chop almonds, cashew nuts, rasins, dates and figs coarsely with a knife. You can blend the mass a bit, if you like a fine texture.
2. Then mix the mass with oat flakes and honey.
3. Knead well and put the mass on baking paper as square. Cut into appropriate sizes for approx. 6 energy bars.
Store at room temperature in an airtight box, ready to eat.
