- 4 tbs. Jakobsens Acacia honey
- 2 tsp. thyme, dry or fresh
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 kg carrots
- 2 tsp. rapeseed oil
- 4 tbs. water
1. Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks.
2. Mix oil, water, Jakobsens Acacia honey, thyme and salt.
3. Toss the carrots in the mixture, for instance by shaking it all in a freezer bag.
4. Put the carrots into an oven-proof dish and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 min.
