Crab claws with delicious dressing

  • 1 kg crab claws
  • Dressing:
  • 2 dl. creme fraiche 9%
  • 6 tbs. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbs. Jakobsens Blossom honey
  • Juice from ½ a lemon
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbs. dill
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper


Crab claws:
Put the claws into boiling water with salt and maybe dill. Large claws should be cooked for about 20 min. and smaller claws for about 15 min. Turn off the heat and leave them in the water for another 15 min. Knock gently on the claws with a hammer, so they are easy to peel at the table.

Mix all the ingredients well. 

Serve with fresh bread.

TIP: The dressing is also suitable for smoked halibut or prawns.
