Coconut balls with honey

Ingredienser

  • 400 g dates
  • 200 g figs
  • 150 g hazelnuts
  • 1 dl. Jakobsens Organic Acacia honey
  • 250 g grated dark chocolate
  • 3 dl. coconut milk
  • 500 g oat flakes
  • A little lemon juice
  • Cocoa powder and grated coconut (for rolling the balls).

Cooking

1. Remove the stones from the dates and cut off the stalk of the figs. Chop both ingredients into small pieces. 

2. Chop the hazelnuts fine and mix with the dried fruits in a mixer along with Jakobsens Acacia honey and coconut milk. Add chocolate and oat flakes.

Once the mass has a good texture, roll small balls and dredge them in grated coconut.
