- 1 glass of small potatoes
- 4 tbs. Jakobsens Danish honey
- 1 tbs. butter
- A pinch of salt
1. Drain the potatoes and wipe them dry with kitchen roll or a clean kitchen towel.
2. Pour Jakobsens honey into a pan and heat to medium temperature until the honey is golden and has a caramel texture.
3. Add the potatoes and turn them carefully over in the honey.
4. Once the potatoes have gained the desired colour, add butter and salt and serve.
