Baked grapefruits

1. Cut the grapefruits into halfs and loosen the pulp from the lamellas with a small knife. 

2. Add 1 large tablespoon of Jakobsens Sunflower honey to each grapefruit. 

3. Sprinkle the grapefruit with pistachios or almonds and place the grapefruits in an oven-proof dish. 

4. Bake the fruits in the oven for about 10 min. at 200 degrees.

Ideal for breakfast, in between or as a dessert, served with vanilla icecream.
