- 4 medium-sized apples
- 1 dl. (50 g) chunky chopped nuts
- 2 tbs. Jakobsens Blossom honey
- 2 tbs. fluent margarine
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
1. Remove the cores from the apples and place them in an oven-proof dish or a tinfoil form.
2. Mix the margarine with Jakobsens liquid honey and nuts and fill the apples (you can also use red onions, rosemary, raisins, cheese etc.)
3. Bake the apples in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes until they are tender.
Then garnish with some cinnamon.
