1. Start by dividing the eggs in whites and yolks and pour them into different bowls.
2. Whisk the egg yolks with sifted flour, baking powder and milk, until the dough is even. Whisk the egg whites until they are white and airy. Then carefully add the egg whites to the dough.
3. Warm up a pan to medium temperature and add some fat. Pour approx. 1 dl. dough on the pan and let the pancake rise a bit. Once it gets coloured, stick a few blueberries into the dough and turn it over. Then finish the pancake on the other side.
Serve the pancakes with honey/agave syrup and extra blueberries.
Turn on the oven at about 150 degrees and place a dish in the oven, so you can store the finished pancakes inside, while preparing the rest.
